How to obtain a receipt?
1、When finished ordering wine on the phone, make sure you ask for the sales assistant to provide a headed receipt, and the receipt will be sent along with the wine.
2、 If you order online, before submitting your order please click on the ‘ok’ next to want a receipt and fill in the header. The receipt will be sent along with the goods.
Notes:
1、Sohowine.com will provide a special wine receipt, which will be valid for work unit use.
2、One order form will allow for one receipt.
3、The delivery fee is not included in the order form and receipt value.
Is Sohoant.cn able to provide a VAT receipt for the gifts?
Currently sohowine.com is not yet able to provide a VAT reciept for the gifts.
About the receipts
The reciept will not exceed the value amount of the order.
Receipt header
You must not leave the header blank and write your individual or company name.
Content of the receipt
For wine and gifts (the sohowine.com special wine receiptis can only contain relevant info.
Explaining gift reciepts
1、The receipt can be issued within 30D days of the order.
2、To issue a receipt the order sheet or detailed informtion of the purchase must be provided.
3、Please provide an excat address,after issuing the receipt we will send a text or an email to notify you straight away, and send the goods in them method requested.
4、Once receiving the receipt look at the header, the content, value etc, the order date, or any information written that does not match, please contact the service team to confirm, and after we receive the original we will reissue a new sohowine receipt.
