Method:
1. If your order needs to be returned, you must contact our aftersales service centre, Sohowine.com will notify the courier to collect the returned goods at your door.

2.Once contacted by the client, we will send a courrier to your door to handle the returned goods.
1) If you want to return the goods, please provide the original packaging, the packing list as well as the receipt, and hand it to the courier who has come to collect the cancelled order, if the order list or the receipt is not returned with the goods then it is possible that there will be a delay or unable to exchange the goods, please accept our apologies.
2) Once we have received the package, it is likely that we will inspect the returned goods, then we will fulfil your request for an exchange.
When handling the returned goods, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your package and send out the required goods, if there are some goods missing, we will contact you as soon as possible, then with your acceptance we will change the other goods according to your requirements, to fulfil our return obligations.
Handling the exchange, we will use the original order amount when refunding the returned goods; if you paid in cash then we will refund you by bank transfer or postal order. There will be a delay for these two types of transfer to reach your bank account, this is due to bank administrative procedures and regulations, postal orders will also have a different time delay.

3.A problem due to quality (usually due to damage) will allow a refund or an exchange.
