If you are not satisfied with our product then , or the goods have been damaged, if the product is not yet opened, and it is within 7 days of the client signing for the receivership of the goods, then we will provide a replacement service.

Special clarification:
1.In the event of return of goods, arising from the clients reason for refusal, if the original order form has the corresponding transport fee we are only able to exchange the value of the returned goods (according to Sohowine.com norms) we are not able to refund your money.
2.The packaging cant be returned.
3.If the order includes gifts, the gifts must be returned with the goods, if the gift packaging has been opened or used then we not be able to exchange the original order. If this is inconvenient accept our apologies.
4.The returned goods will need the receipt as well as the order list, put these along with the returned goods. If the client is unable to provide these documents then we will be unable to go through with the return.
5. In normal circumstances one order sheet will allow for one receipt, so to guarantee your rights, please consider contacting us a week later.
6.When pictures are provided as a reference, these are the norms of selling. If the light and display is not as expected, this problem may have arisen due to lighting or colouring differences, this is not liable to be a quality problem.
